Why Arsenal May Not Beat Struggling Man United At Old Trafford –Neville

Legendary Manchester United defender Gary Neville has said despite his former side’s poor form, they could still avoid defeat against Premier League title hopefuls Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Arsenal will continue their quest of landing a first league title since 2004 when they travel to Old Trafford to face United.

Mikel Arteta’s men currently top the league table on 83 points, just a point above Manchester City who still have a game in hand.

City will take on Fulham in Saturday’s early kickoff and a win for Pep Guardiola’s side would see the Gunners drop to second.

Arsenal would go into Sunday’s clash as favourite having won their last four games.

On their part, the Red Devils would want to bounce back from their shocking 4-0 loss at Crystal Palace.

Looking forward to the fixture, Neville believes tje atmosphere at Old Trafford could be a factor against Arsenal.

“It’s massive for Arsenal and United’s record against the top half teams at home isn’t bad,” Neville said.

“But this game, it’s almost as though it’s been dismissed because United are that bad, which we all get, but it can be a graveyard Old Trafford.

“I’m not sure Arsenal are going to win, Arsenal should win, but there’s madness around Old Trafford and usually, during a title race, it doesn’t work out as you’d think.

“So I’m going to go 2-2, it’s just a feeling but Arsenal should win.”

United are in eight place and are two points adrift of a European qualification spot.
