Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen are plotting a move for Ajax forward, Chuba Akpom, reports Completesports.com.
The Green and Whites, according to Sport will move for the former Arsenal player when the transfer window reopens in January.
Bremen want to take Akpom on-loan with the option to sign him permanently in June.

The 29-year-old has struggled for regular playing time since joining Ajax from Sky Bet Championship club, Middlesbrough last summer.
The forward has scored 21 goals in 58 matches for Ajax.
The Dutch giants are willing to let him leave for the right price.
