Second half goals from Dusan Vlahovic and Weston Mckennie sealed the win for the Serie A giants.
Vlahovic opened the scoring in the 53rd minute before McKennie made it 2-0 with 15 minutes left.
City have won just one of their last ten matches across all competitions.
They currently occupy 22nd position on eight points in the league table with two games left to play.
For Juve, they move up to 14th spot and now have 11 points.
In Germany, Dortmund and Barcelona served up an entertaining fixture with the Spanish side edging the tie 3-2.
