William Troost-Ekong helped Al Kholood defeat Al Riyadh 3-2 in the Saudi Professional League on Saturday.
It is a return to winning ways for Al Kholood who suffered a 4-3 loss away to Al Ittihad.
It was Troost-Ekong’s 19th appearance in the Saudi top-flight this season for Al Kholood.
Ibrahim Bayesh gave Al Riyadh the lead just one minute into the game before Maolida equalised for Al Kholood on 55 minutes.
Hammam Al Hammami put the home team 2-1 ahead and scored again on 77 minutes to make it 3-1.
With two minutes left to play Mohamed Konate pulled a goal back for Al Riyadh but Al Kholood held on to claim the three points.
