Super Eagles assistant coach , Daniel Ogunmodede has reflected on the team’s qualification for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Nigeria defeated eternal rivals, Ghana 3-1 on aggregate to seal a place in the competition last month.
The home Eagles will be making a return to the competition after a six-year absence.

Ogunmodede revealed how they were able to conquer the Ghanaians.
“History is not kind to us when it comes to these countries, so we decided not to pay attention to what history has done to us,” has told the NFF media.
“We pay attention to the present and what the future hold for us. We know if we qualify, we have good future ahead of us, the players, the coaches and in coming generation of footballers in the country.
“We need to give everything to be a good market for the league. To whom much is giving, much is expected.”
