Former Nigerian international Friday Ekpo believes Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle will deliver the 2026 World Cup qualifying ticket.
Chelle will face the challenge of managing a squad brimming with top stars, including Ademola Lookman, Victor Osimhen, and Samuel Chukwueze.
With crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe looming in March 2025, Chelle will be pressured to revitalize the Super Eagles’ campaign and reignite their hopes of qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, the USA, and Mexico.

In a chat with Completesports.com, Ekpo stated that the players will be determined and willing to play for the coach.
“Since the 2026 World Cup qualifiers is comig up in March, I am still of the believe that the players will be eager and determined to play for Eric Chelle .
“Results may go well for him and he will deliver the World Cup ticket. Yes, it won’t be easy but I am very much sure he will get the job done.”
