Chelsea missed the chance to close the gap on Liverpool and Arsenal following their 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Blues have now gone four consecutive games without a win, losing two and drawing two.
Cole Palmer opened the scoring on 14 minutes but with eight minutes left Jean-Philippe Mateta equalised for Palace.
The draw means Palace are still waiting for a first win against Chelsea since 2017.
Enzo Maresca’s men are fourth on 36 points after 20 games.
