The singer also noted that his police escort had not only witnessed the incident but also warded off the gunmen.

Sharing the video, the singer, disclosed that his colleague is trying to kill him. He wrote: “Long face send killers my way and I haven’t even post anything”

TNG understands that Darlington was first arrested for alleged cyber-stalking after attributing Burna Boy’s Grammy award to his connections with the embattled American rapper, Diddy.

Diddy, whose legal battles with the FBI made headlines, is currently facing multiple sex trafficking and rape charges.

After his initial release on bail in October, Darlington insisted that he would not cease his public criticisms until Burna Boy compensated him.

Following the development, he was rearrested during a performance in Imo State on November 27, 2024, and held in Kuje prison for an extended period.

Darlington was finally released on January 21, 2025.
