Aina Gets Very Good Rating In Forest’s 1-1 Draw Vs Liverpool

Ola Aina got a very good rating after helping Nottingham Forest to a 1-1 draw with league leaders Liverpool in Tuesday’s clash at the City Ground.

Following his impressive performance in the game, Aina was rated seven by Sky Sport.

He was one of six Nottingham Forest players who got seven for their superb display.

The highlight of Aina’s performance was a goal line clearance on 89 minutes to deny Mohamed Salah a late goal.

His Nigerian teammate Taiwo Awoniyi did not get any rating after coming on in the 90th minute.

Diogo Jota came off the bench to score with his first touch to earn Liverpool a 1-1 draw away as Forest moved into second spot.

The Liverpool forward’s header from Kostas Tsimikas’ corner – just 22 seconds after both came on – cancelled out Chris Wood’s early goal to maintain Liverpool’s unbeaten away record in the Premier League and their six-point lead at the top of the table.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s Forest saw their run of six Premier League wins come to an end but the hard-fought point still moves them above Arsenal and into second.

They could not quite do the double over Liverpool but it was still a reminder of what a good side they have become.
