Akor Adams will land in Spain on Saturday ahead of his transfer to Sevilla in the winter transfer.
This was revealed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano had reported on Thursday that Sevilla are in advanced talks to sign Adams from Montpellier.
He said that negotiations was underway and at final stages to get the deal done on a permanent deal.
He has now dislcosed that Adams is expected to be in Spain this weekend to finalise the move.
“Akor Adams will land in Sevilla on Saturday in order to join the club from Montpellier for €5.5m transfer fee,” he wrote on X.
“Exclusive story, confirmed.”
The former Flying Eagles striker has scored three goals and has provided three assists in 15 Ligue 1 games for Montpellier this season.
