Ademola Lookman was on target in Atalanta’s 3-2 defeat to Real Madrid at the Gewiss Stadium on Tuesday.
It was Atalanta’s first defeat in the UEFA Champions League this season.
Kylian Mbappe gave Real Madrid the lead after 10 minutes, while Charles De Ketelaere equalised for the hosts from the penalty spot in first half stoppage time.
Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham scored for Real Madrid after the break.
Lookman reduced the deficit for Atalanta in the 65th minute with Lazar Samardzic providing the assist.

It was the winger’s third goal in the Champions League this season.
The 27-year-old has so far racked up 11 goals and five assists from 18 outings across all competitions.
At the Bay Arena, Nathan Tella put up an impressive display in Bayer Leverkusen’s 1-0 win over Inter Milan.
Nordi Mukiele scored the decisive goal for the hosts on the dot of 90 minutes.
Tella was replaced by Martin Terrier seven minutes from time.
