Nasarawa Amazons head coach, Chris Danjuma has declared his team’s intention to end Remo Stars Ladies’ unbeaten streak.
Remo Stars Ladies, who are making their maiden appearance in the Nigeria Women’s Football League are yet to taste defeat this season.
Wemimo Matthew’s side have won five and drawn one of opening five matches.
Nasarawa Amazons will be up against the Sky Blue Stars at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne in a matchday six encounter on Wednesday.
Danjuma reckoned it is important for his team not to lose to their hosts.
“Our away matches, we are conceding too many goals which isn’t good for us,” Danjuma told the club’s media.
“We want to keep working on our mentality, level of concentration and the technical ability of the players to be able to adjust to whatever condition they find themselves.
“The greatest task ahead of us is to make sure we don’t lose against Remo Stars Ladies.”
