Group A leaders Remo Stars Ladies will face Dannaz Ladies in a South West derby.
This is the first-ever top-flight meeting between the two sides, both of which gained promotion to the Premiership in the same season.

Group B leaders Bayelsa Queens and Naija Ratels will clash at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa in the biggest match of the day.
Hosts Bayelsa Queens have recorded three wins and two draws, and will be aiming to extend their unbeaten run.
Naija Ratels have won one and drawn four of their five games this season.
Benue Queens will hope to cause a major upset when they host Rivers Angels.
The home team are yet to pick a point in the current campaign.
