Sevilla forward Jerome Adams is expected to be sidelined for a significant period of time due to a thigh injury.
The LaLiga club confirmed, Adams sustained the injury in training on Thursday.
“Sevilla FC’s medical services have reported that both Sambi Lokonga and Akor Adams, who were injured in Thursday’s training session at the training ground, are suffering from a pain in their right thigh,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.

“In the case of the Belgian midfielder, it is a myotendinous injury in the hamstrings, while the Nigerian attacker suffers from a myotendinous injury in the rectus femoris.”
The Nigerian could be sidelined for around four to 12 weeks.
The 24-year-old made his debut in the 0-0 draw against Getafe last weekend.
The Rojiblancos will be up against Barcelona in a league clash this weekend.
