Frank Onyeka was in action for Augsburg who lost 1-0 to Stuttgart in the quarter-finals of the German Cup on Tuesday.
Onyeka, who was in the starting line-up was later replaced in the 69th minute.
Deniz Undav’s 30th minute goal was enough to seal Stuttgart’s passage into the semi-finals.
On Wednesday, February 5 will see Bayer Leverkusen host FC Koln on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
The other quarter-final clashes is between Arminia Bielefeld vs Werder Bremen and RB Leipzig vs Wolfsburg.
Augsburg have only reached the semi-finals of the German Cup once, which was in the 2009/2010 season.
