The Super Eagles of Nigeria will begin their campaign at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations against the Taifa Stars of Tanzania.
The draw ceremony for AFCON 2025 finals was conducted at the Mohammed V National Theatre, Rabat Morocco on Monday night.
The three-time African champions will also face Tanzania and Uganda in Group C.

Nigeria last played Tanzania in an AFCON 2017 qualifier at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on September 3, 2016.
Hosts Morocco will face Comoros in the tournament’s opening fixture on Sunday, December 21.
The competition will be played across nine stadiums.
