Super Eagles winger and Bayern Leverkussen player Victor Boniface has refuted reports alleging that he parted ways with his Norwegian girlfriend, Rikke Hermine, after a four-year relationship.
TheNewsGuru reports that speculations about Boniface’s breakup swelled following his girlfriend’s insistence on a legal marriage without a prenuptial agreement, a contract designed to protect the financial assets of both parties in the event of divorce or death.
Boniface, determined to protect his financial future, was said to have refused to proceed.
In a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), the 24-year-old player described the claims as baseless.
“Stop posting fake shit you guys know nothing about ……Una go just carry phone without knowing Wetin Dey sup just post,” Boniface wrote, partly in Pidgin English.
He added, “No be everybody be like una sister. So respect urself. Everything you guys say about her are all lies.”
