Fiorentina defender Michael Kayode is expected to undergo a medical with Brentford on Wednesday (today).
Kayode is set join the Premier League club on loan with option to buy.
The Italy U-21 international will replace Mads Roerslev at the London club.

Roerslev has already agreed a loan move to Bundesliga club VFL Wolfsburg.
Kayode was a revelation for Fiorentina last season, making 26 league appearances for the Viola.
The full-back has however struggled to secure regular playing spot under Raffaele Palladino this term.
He could make his Premier League debut for Brentford against Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park on Sunday.
