U.S. President Donald Trump has revealed plans to expand the territory of the United States of America (USA) beyond Earth by planting the stars and stripes on the planet Mars.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Trump made the revelation on Monday in his inaugural speech after his swearing in as the 47th President of the United States (POTUS).
President Trump in his speech reiterated his stance to rename Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America and also take back the Panama Canal.
“China is operating in the Panama Canal and we did not give it to China. We gave it to Panama. We are taking it back.
“A short time from now, we are going to be changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. We will restore the name of a great president, William McKinley to Mount McKinley, where its should be and where it belongs.
“We will stand bravely; we will live proudly; we will dream boldly, and nothing will stand on our way because we are Americans. The future is ours and our golden age has just begun,” Trump said.
On planting the stars and stripes on the planet Mars, the new U.S. President said: “We will pursue our manifest destiny into the stars and plant the stars and stripes on the planet Mars”, adding “ambition is the lifeblood of a great nation”.
