Valencia manager Carlos Corberán has showered encomium on Umar Sadiq following the forward’s impressive debut for the club.
Sadiq featured as a substitute in Los Ches’ 2- 0 Copa del Rey victory over Eldense at the Estadio Municipal Nuevo Pepico Amat, Elda on Tuesday night.
The Nigeria international replaced Hugo Duro in the 58th minute of the encounter.
Corberán eulogised Sadiq for his exemplary attitude since his arrival at the club.

“From day one he (Sadiq) has come with the necessary attitude and mentality to play for Valencia CF,” Corberán told reporters after the game.
” Whoever comes must come with that commitment and that intention to help. Today was a first step where he has shown that attitude necessary for this moment.”
The 27-year-old joined Valencia on loan from Real Sociedad last weekend.
Valencia have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
